I've Never Been To Me
( Charlene )

Hey lady, you lady, cursing at your life
You're a discontented mother and a regimented wife
I've no doubt you dream about the things you'll never do
But, I wish someone had talked to me
Like I wanna talk to you.....

Oh, I've been to Georgia and California and anywhere I could run
I took the hand of a preacher man and we made love in the sun
But I ran out of places and friendly faces because I had to be free
I've been to paradise but I've never been to me

Please lady, please lady, don't just walk away
'Cause I have this need to tell you why I'm all alone today
I can see so much of me still living in your eyes
Won't you share a part of a weary heart that has lived million lies....

Oh, I've been to Niece and the Isle of Greece while I've sipped champagne on a yacht
I've moved like Harlow in Monte Carlo and showed 'em what I've got
I've been undressed by kings and I've seen some things that a woman ain't supposed to see
I've been to paradise, but I've never been to me

[spoken]
Hey, you know what paradise is?
It's a lie, a fantasy we create about people and places as we'd like them to be
But you know what truth is?
It's that little baby you're holding, it's that man you fought with this morning
The same one you're going to make love with tonight
That's truth, that's love......

Sometimes I've been to crying for unborn children that might have made me complete
But I took the sweet life, I never knew I'd be bitter from the sweet
I've spent my life exploring the subtle whoring that costs too much to be free
Hey lady......
I've been to paradise, (I've been to paradise)
But I've never been to me

(I've been to Georgia and California, and anywhere I could run)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to Neice and the isle of Greece while I've sipped champagne on a yacht)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to cryin' for unborn children that might have made me complete)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to Georgia and California, and anywhere I could run)
I've been to paradise, never been to me

~~

Lovely song. Anyways, enjoy.

Musings and Story Tale:

On a side note, where I am, it's FRICKING SNOWING right now.
It's so pretty right now, the falling snow.

I like snow. It covers up the fresh wounds of the past and makes everything clean.

Anyways. Back to the story.

Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter Nine: More Negotiating

~~

The irate Malice, stammering Jack and the gauche Poosh made their way towards the main office to retrieve the princess Patience from what evil means that Pooma the Very Scary Captain of the Guards might come across.

Jack and Malice, despite their strange behaviors, were still princes. They knew a princess like innocent Patience should NOT be in the damsel position.

They clattered the door open, to find Patience snuggled up in a velveteen couch, snoozing peacefully, while Pooma was doing the least thing the princes thought he do: reading a thick-covered mystery novel.

The Captain noticed the unusual presence and placed his book down with a smack. "You guys again. Here to bring lil' Patience back, eh?"

Malice stomped forward, pushing his face inches away to Pooma's long nose. His anger was a dark, ferocious aura that everyone felt in the room (well, everyone except the sleeping Patience.)

"What did you do to her, you minion!" Malice shouted into his face. Pooma, in the meantime, wiped away the small bits of spit that Malice let out from his mouth.

"Shut the FUCK up and I'll tell ya what I did, you lil worm," he said curtly.

Malice backed off, his anger quickly burning out like a candle.

Jack finally got his guts to speak up, when he saw Malice's incoherent look. "U-Uhh...you didn't drug the princess, did you?"

Pooma grinned evilly. "Why would I? She ain't worth shit. Now--why don't y'all cuddle up close and I'll tell ya why you're needed here.

~~

About an hour later, Malice regained his composure to yell at the Captain again.

"ARE YOU CRAZY?! We can't just go out in Nowhere just to find this witch of yours!

Pooma felt calm about talking to this spazzing bug. His grin could've made Skittles. BLACK Skittles.

"Hell yes I'm crazy! You guys look a'right I guess! Maybe not the steed, for this matter," as he said this, Poosh backed even more smaller into his corner, "but we definitely need a rescue team and YOU GUYS LOOK GOOD."
Now lets get you readers up to speed, since we too are only looking at one side of the negotiation here. Poosh is asking Patience, Jack and Malice (oh, wait, Poosh too) to go and rescue the renowned witch Leena, who was whisked away somewhere by Sol the Really Badass Villian. Since no one had tried to live in the town of Vacillaite for so long, the arrival of the ragtag team was godly timed.
Patience still slept soundly, humming peacefully of sleep. Pooma had explained that she was tired from traveling for so long that sleeping on the couch was the best received luxury she had received in such a long time. She had also agreed to helping him rescue Leena.
Unfortunately, Malice and Jack didn't see it that way.
"W-We don't even know where to start! Or begin! We might get killed! Ahh! KILLED!" Jack was talking nonsense to himself, while Malice fumed, arms crossed stubbornly and not willing to move anytime soon.
Oh, and Poosh was still in his corner, abandoned from the whole conversation.
Pooma, listening quite calmly to both Malice's rising anger and Jack's constant whining, now finally yelled loud enough to make the marble walls shudder with fear.
"LISTEN UP, BOTH OF YOU, YOUR LIL' PRINCESS AGREED TO IT, AND IF YA WANNA HELP HER , YA BETTER PROTECT HER AS WELL! WHAT ARE Y'ALL, A BUNCHA FUCKING SISSYS?!"
Malice growled under his breath. He didn't take lightly with insults. Especially if it was towards him.
"I am NOT a sissy," he replied. Jack nodded also for his defence.
Pooma grinned wildly, jabbing a finger hard on Jack's button nose. "You damn well look like one."
Jack stuttered, trying hard to come up with a brave comeback--but, lets face it, he was shaking pretty badly just from looking at Pooma.
The captain then turned towards Malice, jabbing a fat finger into Malice's shoulder. "And YOU definitely look like you need a tune-up!"
Malice shoved Pooma's finger off, frowning. "Do I now? Do I CARE about what you think?"
Somewhere outside the building, a bird flew from a dead tree's branch, after noticing the shock waves that came from the office.
Malice stood up, shaky from Pooma's lion-roaring rant. Can a man really have lungs so powerful?
Pooma, heaving from that hearty yell, then walked over to the now, awakened Patience (who managed to sleep through everything, until that roar just now)
"Oi, Princess. Your buddies agree to it," he grinned down towards the innocent tangerine-head.
Patience, rubbing her eyes from sleep, suddenly clasped her hands in happiness. She smiled cheerfully towards Jack and Malice.
"R-Really?! T-Thank you! Jack! Malice! thank you so much!"
The reactions for the two princes are, as follows:
Jack felt his legs turn into mountainous rocks, and he fainted from the steam arising in his face.
Malice, though too proud to faint from such things, instead covered his reddened pale face with his glove, too proud to show off his embarrassment from his gladdened liking of Patience's delight.
Pooma, leaving the three to handle their feelings to themselves, lumbered over to the only window in the office and watched the Day slowly ink away into Night.
He'd have to let this ragtag team rest before they can actually pursue what this town was missing for so long. But oh, the day when he can retrieve Leena was now not too far off.

Forty-One - Patience's Little Mishap (pt 8)

(Current Time: 9:51 Am, 2nd Blk)

(Current Sounds: Worrywort - Radiohead)

Story Tale: Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter Eight: Requests Forwarded.

~~

Patience and her team found themselves being marched into the marble walled mayor's house, Pooma being right behind them and grinning like a mad Cheshire cat (Oh wait, the Cat's pretty much mad as it is, right? Well, he looked pretty mad).

Jack had to be dragged by his steed, Poosh while Malice crossed his arms, not allowing any guard to touch him as they were led into the main office.

Pooma signalled for the guards to stay outside, and he locked the door behind him, trapping the prisoners in.

Patience gulped. This was scary--but for some odd reason, she felt calm about it. It wasn't the trouble she was sensing. It was just a tight situation.

Pooma loomed menacingly over them, while Malice stared back, just as agitated.

Once the silence lifted, Pooma cackled in a booming voice.

"HAHAHAHAH, you look like a loser hero team gone all WRONG! You call this the rescue team, Leena?! THEY LOOK RIDICULOUS!"

Now, seeing as he was saying this in FRONT of Patience (a girl who knew this wasn't the trouble she was sensing), Jack (who really wanted to be anywhere except here in front of a maniac-serial killer wannabe), Malice (a prince who was itching to wring this kook's neck) and Poosh (who was forgotten in a small corner in the tight spaced room), Pooma wasn't getting to the dirt of things.

The man gave the small princess a triumphant grin, as if he was expecting her to explode right in front of him.

"Now YOU must be the princess she was talking about! You look so PUNY!"

Patience gave a humph. He could've just been polite to say something a little less... offensive.

Malice stepped in between Pooma and Patience, eyes furrowed. Since Patience was nice enough not to explode in front of Pooma, the prince was more than willing to.

"Wait a minute, first off, how'd the hell did you know that there was a princess coming around? Next off, who's Leena? What rescue team?! You do realize we just arrived here! And by the way, we don't even know WHERE we are, who YOU are, WHY is it like this, WHY are you doing this, why am I doing this, why am the he--"

Pooma stomped one foot which was good enough to stop Malice from yacking any further. Now he was just in the same level of anger.

"The hell's YOUR problem?! Lemme give ya the drag-down, lil' ones. YOU OF ALL PEOPLE was summoned here by the Great Leena, the Giddy Witch, correct?!"

Patience stayed silent. Jack hid under his shield of arms. Malice glared back. and Poosh was forgotten.

Pooma blinked, confused.

"....You don't know who Leena is, eh?"

"No," Patience squeaked back.

"You weren't even summoned here?"

"W-we d-dunno where we ARE!" Jack whimpered.

"....You don't know why you're here?"

"We just randomly got joined up together, and we ended up here. So shut up," Malice retorted back.

Pooma stood, his triumphant air suddenly inflating. He managed to take a shaky step back into his cushioned seat behind his desk. His tiny black pupils shrunk into miniature Cheerios. any smaller and his surprise would've matched a few sizes to a universe.

In a small voice, he waved his hand, signalling for the door to unlock.

"....goddammit, git OFF with it then."

Malice, with a indifferent shrug, turned heel and stomped off. Jack mumbled and followed suit, Poosh at his tail.

Patience, meanwhile, stood with a calm, serene look towards Pooma. In her mind, she was trying to comprehend what the Captain had said.

She wasn't summoned but this Leena had perked up her interests. She walked cautiously over to Pooma, who was still burdened with shock.

"E-excuse me...Mr....?" she whispered.

"Pooooooma," the guard rumbled.

Patience nodded, forgetting the small mistake. "Y-Yes! Pu-Pooma? Who is this...Leena?"

Pooma looked up, shocked to hear Patience say those words.

".....You do not know who Leena is? W-Who are you, may I ask?"

Patience smiled gently.

".....I-I guess we should get ourselves acquainted, ne?"

~~

Jack had noticed that the princess was gone only seconds before Malice had hit the entrance doors.

"W-Wuh...Wait!"

Malice's heels clicked to a stop and he turned, agitated by the sudden disruptment. He glared at Jack, who in turn shuddered by the frightening look.

"What?"

"Pu-Puh-Patience...she's still t-there..."

Malice's eyes widened when he too, just realized the last piece of the puzzle missing.

Forty - Patience's Little Mishap (pt. 7)

(Current Time: 9:44 Am, 2nd Blk)
(Current Sounds: (in my head) I'll Be There - Mariah Carey)

Story Tale: Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter 7: Entering Ruin

~~

Princess Patience, Jack the Not-So-Courageous, Jack's Steed named Poosh and Malice the Other Prince was now traveling to wherever the wind took them.

(It's the only GOOD excuse I could come up with for these poor underlings)

Well really, Patience was trying to find the root of her stirring worries by trying to 'vanquish the terrible feeling' out there.

Jack and his steed were looking for a good place to regain Jack's courage. And maybe to get Poosh a good major role someday.

Malice, on the other hand, decided to tag along, even though he knew 'there were other things to do than this.' The earring he received from Patience now was snapped onto his left ear, but his sense of getting out of this situation still didn't surface. He couldn't understand WHY he took pity on the princess (definitely not Jack. He was a chicken). So trying to find why he tagged along was his main objective.

The almost perplexing group (well, come on! Poosh was a MAN-steed) made their way across some fields of gold, ever flowing rivers and forests with trees that touched the sky.

That's a lot of traveling.

Anyways, after about 4 days on the unfamiliar roads, Patience and the gang had reached the outskirts of a town.

The town of which you should remember from last time: Vacillaite.

They entered the almost deserted town, the front entrance gates rustling like iron-clad bones in the dead-pan breeze. Jack was shivering from his puny crown nestled on top of his carrot-top hair, to his flimsy boots (both from the deathlike cold and just being in a ghosttown that was freaking him out).

Malice shook off the town's 'welcoming' atmosphere, frowning at the mangled state of the houses. The town looked like it was rushed off to be abandoned.

As they reached the center of the town, with the city square's floor scattered with fragments of rainbow-colored glass. Patience was aware to watch her step from the sharp, jagged pieces that jutted out from the rubble.

They stopped to look upwards to the old clock tower, looming over them like a mighty giant. A benumbed silence resulted in their distressed state.

"... Eh, where are we?" Patience finally whispered out into the destitute silence.

Then, out of the dilapidated houses, a flood full of grueling guards, armed with spears, shields and lances, surrounded the ragtag team.

Malice shielded the young princess with his dark purple cloak while Jack dissembled himself behind Poosh's shadow.

As another uncomfortable silence of the odds followed, Malice took a calm breath and spoke up.

"What do you want?!"

The guards stood their ground, inarticulate about answering.

Then, the horde of guards rippled to make way for a foreign figure to make its way towards the four. A giant of an object, in fact.

His lumbering figure stomped its way into the crowded throng of sharp spears and lances. Whatever boots he wore must've been made solely out of diamonds, because they made a sickening crunching sound when he took his huge steps.

Malice's eyes widened in surprise when the figure finally came in front of him.

Pooma the Very Scary Captain of the Vacillaite Guards grinned violently down at the new insectoids.
"Fiiiiinally. Somebody to actually question around here."

Thirty-Nine - Patience's Little Mishap (pt 6)

(Current Time: 8:43 Am, 1st Blk)
(Current Sounds: Happy People - Skoop On Somebody)

Story Tale: Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter 6: Inattentive Leena

~~

As I noted in the last chapter, there was another person dealing with another negotiation (which, in a similar manner, wasn't going as planned). But lets get to the dirt of it before getting to this scene.

Lets now introduce you to one more important character in this story. Leena the Really Giddy Witch is a petite girl with short raven hair and always wore one piece short dresses. Not the traditional 'Wicked Witch of the West' kind of dress, just the modern one piece dress that petite girls wear.

As her title suggests, Leena was a very bubbleheaded person, spreading her joy like a disease. She liked making people happy--her job as Witch in the small town of Vacillaite made her an instant celebrity.

Her stardom rocketed to the point where she got her own mansion, complete with the Captain of the Guards protecting her, along with three others. (Studbot, Grimsley, and Rife, just for extra good measure).

Unfortunately, not everyone liked what popular opinion liked. Leena's popularity reached the ears of a certain individual of greatest importance. Why am I pointing the attention to this man, when really, I should be paying attention to Leena, or hell, back to Patience and the group she just made accidentally?

Well pay attention and you'll know.

His name was Sol, first of all.

Sol was a man that grew in the hopes that he would become a force to be reckoned with. That didn't happen, since he was also born in a poor family in the outskirts of Vacillate.

He also had a personality of a greedy king. He wanted everything, and so asked himself this question.

How could some girl like innocent Leena, take the royalties that he deserved?

He started learning the Dark Arts when he studied at the town's local library. In Sol's mind, a plan was stirring to make Leena's true monsters come out and for his glory to bloom and flourish. Sol's mind became a greed filled mind in short.

Greed turned into corruption as Sol quietly took the job of a working servant in Leena's household. Corruption turned into chaos as one day he took Leena off guard by asking her out on a date.

Kinda gross, right? A 20-something year old man, asking a 16 year old witch, out?

it was all part of the plan of vanquishing her out of Vacillaite, of course.

Didn't we mention that she was also protected by the Captain of the Guards and three others, Studbot, Grimsley and Rife?

Like everyone else in this story, they ALL had a problem (why they didn't get them fixed, is beyond me)

Pooma, the Captain of the Guards, was a ferocious, gigantic man, with shoulders that could clothe a mountain and hands that could wrench a sumo under its death grip. His glare scared everyone, so being the Guard of the Giddy Witch proved to be a good occupation for him. But everyone in the town of Vacillaite knew him as the Very Scary Captain of the Guards (since they couldn't think of anything ELSE to call him).

Studbot, the eldest of the three guards, was a swift fighter and a mature individual who looks out for his other allies. The only problem he seems to have, well...He gets confused EASILY over orders, over compliments, over simple tasks such as asking a question. This sometimes makes him an easy target in written tests. Thus, his title was the Confused Guard.

Grimsley, the middle guard, is a very loyal man that keeps his duty before his life. But unfortunately, such a personality leads a sad life, so Grimsley was a very sad man since the time he joined the Guard Army. His title was given as the Bumble Guard.

But the most saddest excuse in this threesome group of guards was the last, and youngest member, Rife. He is a firecracker kind of man, always acting rebellious from orders of his captain and his two other superior officers. This kind of behavior proved to be his Achilles Heel, as he just didn't CARE about his guarding job. He didn't take his job as seriously as his other allies, making his title the worst piece of pride to behold: The Guard Who Can't Guard.

All four of these guards, though with their strengths, ultimately didn't understand what the true motives of Sol's plans were.

Now, back to that twisted date. How DID he pull it off, you say?

He convinced Studbot that there was a fire in one part of the town. He left Studbot wondering which part.

He reassured Grimsley that Leena had told the guards to take a break, since she saw Grimsley's state and wanted him to 'get better.' Grimsley thanked Sol for the condolences.

And then Rife wasn't around for Sol to deal with. Clumsy guard.

Sol reached Leena's quarters, where the Witch was playing some video games. Nearby, Pooma was counting the bloodstains on his tattered trenchcoat.

With a twisted smile, Sol raised his hand in introduction.

Following that, a loud boom was heard in the mansion.

Pooma had fainted from a fatal internal injury in his chest. Nobody in the town couldn't figure who did it.

But nobody expected Sol. He was never a popular one in the first place, but here he was, being a really badass villain about it. Lets just call him that now.

Sol the Really Badass Villain, took Leena away from Vacillaite Town, and kidnapped her in someplace far away from the reverting eyes. He locked her away in a lonely tower in the highest mountain, away from the warmth of the sun and the earth, and left her there to fend for herself. He then returned to Vacillaite to overtake it as their corrupted leader.

Leena, in the meantime, was, as I stated, in a negotiation. With herself.

She didn't know where to turn. She didn't know how to turn. In the whole time staying in the tower, which was for a long while, she was a witch, so she could live as young as she want, it made the loneliness consume her.

She needed help... She wanted to make at least somebody happy. Herself even, but she was too lonely to do so.

And then, we go back to Patience and the gang.

Thirty-Eight - Patience's Little Mishap (pt 5)

(Current Time: 9:52 Am, 2nd Blk)
(Current Sounds: Fuyu No Hanabi - Gin Ichimaru & Rangiku Matsumoto)

Story Tale: Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter Five: A Truce

~~

"OW!"

"Excuse me! I'm sorry!"

"... And who the hell are you two?!"

Princess Patience, Jack the Not-So-Courageous and Malice the Other Prince just met by means of crashing into each other in the middle of the remains of a battlefield. Patience quickly stood up from the groaning two and dusted her dress off from the dirt. Her gray eyes looked at the two princes in curiosity.

"A-Are you two...?" she stuttered out. This was also the first time she had met more people of royalty outside her home before. She never got visitors come over to Solara (which, keep in mind, had a reason behind it)

Jack was the next to bolt back up to his feet, and shielding his face with his arms. He was panting heavily and his legs were wobbling like jelly.

"P-P-Please! Don't hurt me!" he stammered out. Patience looked at Jack confusedly. Why was this guy acting like that?

Malice, the last member of this ragtag party, finally stood up, his dignity a little less... dignified. He fixed the tiara on top of his head and frowned towards the other two.

"I asked you two politely a QUESTION." Jack and Patience froze from the instant chill Malice's voice held. The Other Prince folded his arms, a little agitated.

"Am I talking to brick walls or something? I asked who the HELL are you two?" he said in an uptight voice.

Jack, in retaliation, sunk down towards the ground and folded his whole body into a fetal position. Whimpers could be heard from under his cave of arms.

Patience in the meantime, put up a smile and bowed daintily. "My name is Princess Patience! Its such a pleasure to meet the both of you!"

She gave a faint but very weak chuckle when Malice replied with a nettled glare. Jack in the meantime was getting nudged out of his position from his steed, Poosh.

Patience looked towards Jack and knelt down to pat the prince's carrot-colored hair. Jack reacted with jumping up in fright, yelling and covering his head in fear of the princess.

Malice gave a scoff. "Chicken-head." He then turned heel in the opposite direction, his cape flying gently in the invisible wind.

"W-Wait!" Patience managed to say before trying to follow the dark clouded prince. She took a firm grip on Jack's wrists and ignored the verbal refusals from the other prince.

She followed Malice out of the field, silently (with Jack now staying quiet and Poosh by her side, reading the latest copy of Reader's Digest.) Only till the young princess stepped on a very crunchy pinecone, did Malice notice her intrusion.

".... Why are you following me?" he said curtly.

Patience frowned back towards Malice, Jack pulling away from her vicegrip. She kept her grip, both on Jack's wrist and Malice's stare.

"Because I need help. There's something troubling me and I must make it stop," Patience quietly replied.

Malice's dark eyes wavered a little before smirking. "And why would you ask ME for help? Do you even know who I am?"

Patience shook her head. Of course she didn't. She was a sheltered princess that just ran away from home with no knowledge of where to turn. Malice was apparently her only thing to turn to for help, but he also was appearing to be her first obstacle as well.

"No I don't. I just know from your clothes that you look like a prince," Patience smiled.

Malice, on the other hand, didn't seem to approve. He thought everyone in the land knew his name. Maybe the Chicken-Head and this haughty girl was from another more oblivious part.

"I am Malice. I'm a prince from a land not too far from here. Although I don't plan to go back to it," the man sassed back. He hated having to talk aimlessly about himself. Especially from strangers so foreign like these two.

He decided to turn away from the princess, only to stop when he felt a small hand on his shoulder. He turned to see Jack panting from exhaustion (from trying to run away from these two strangers.)

"... Will you put your hand off from me?" Malice said in a lethal voice.

Jack shook his head, his voice a little shaky. "Y-You know... she's asking for you help, since she's kinda lost like m-me too..."

Both Jack and Patience gave a pleading look towards Malice. The Other Prince pulled Jack's hand off and crossed his arms.

"Why should I? What can you do?"

Jack shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know how to be brave."

Patience bowed her head in dismay. "And I have a terribly feeling that there is something terribly wrong somewhere and I feel that I should stop it..."

Malice looked away. They had problems that sounded way too complex for him to step into. So why bother helping them?

Patience saw the Other Prince's eyes shimmer with something she predicted to be short of hope diminishing. She walked closer to Malice and took off one of her small hoop earrings. She then took the prince's hand and placed the earring in the palm of his hand.

"Here. My payment. Its not much... but whatever you say, I will do. I just need help to get this feeling off my chest."

Malice stared back in Patience's gray eyes. No one in his life ever gave a gift to him. Just the simple earring alone made his frozen heart burn.

Patience looked towards Jack with a faithful look. Jack gave her a confused one back. They were both waiting for Malice's reaction.

Somewhere in the sunset distance, a wolf howled, signaling the end of the Day. Somewhere in that distance, another truce was being sought out in not so friendly terms.

Thrity-Seven - Patience's Little Mishap (pt 4)

(Current Time: 6:20 Pm, Night)
(Current Sounds: 40' - Franz Ferdinand)

Story Tale: Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter Four: The Meeting

~~

So where did we leave off? Right...

Princess Patience was running across the world's countryside, away from her home of the Kingdom of Solar to...well, somewhere where someone could also say that there was something terribly wrong in the world. But her first, biggest obstacle that was in her way...she didn't know where to go to first.

She definitely was just running aimlessly without the aid of a map or a compass. She was a wandering traveler with only the rising Sun and the distant wind behind her back to guide her.

It had been over a week now that Patience had run away. The girl had a deep, sinking feeling that maybe her parents had forgotten their own daughter. But then again...they might've been looking for her. This feeling alone was the thing that kept the princess traveling.

Patience was never let out of her kingdom, so being out in the open world all on her own, for the first time in her life, was both an exciting and frightening experience. She was only dressed in a crisp white outing dress and her toes was hidden in sheer black boots. Her gray drops of eyes looked around the newest place of discovery: an empty field full of broken carts and arrows coloring the red clouded sands.

What she didn't know was that she had walked into the aftermath of the very same battle that Jack the Not-So-Courageous Prince's army partook in.

The princess leaped, scurried and all the most avoided the many 'sleeping bodies' and tried to get around without a second glance. Patience had read about war, but she was trying to imagine the scene in front of her as a 'pillow fight.' With arrows, swords and cannons.

A most splendid pillow fight indeed. During this whole spectacle though, Patience didn't feel the least bit worried about why this field looked the way it did.

Patience trudged alongside the cast of bodies before stopping to see a foreign thing in the near distance across the field.

It was a man, dressed in a long dark purple cloak, and his navy hair flapping lazily in the blood-drenched breeze.

Patience took another glance and smiled to herself. It was another friend! She could try to ask him or her for directions to the next town.

Or maybe he knew a little about her little reverie...?

She took this chance and hopped over merrily towards the other man.

Now readers, do you remember Malice the Other Prince? The heartless git that hates everyone?

That would be the man Patience was happily hoping she'd get an answer to.

Knowing him, Malice wouldn't give our little heroine a glance. So! Leave our little Patience meet Malice with the simple conclusion that she would be shot down for her efforts?

But lets not forget Jack the Not-So-Courageous Prince and his trustful man-made steed, Poosh! In a drastic twist of fate, the cowardly man had somehow got his behind back to the same battlefield of which he turned his puppy dog heel and ran.

Well. Jack crashed into the merry Patience, who rolled and crashed into Malice.

There we go, their meeting.

Far away in another part of the world (as in, nowhere near the Kingdom of Solara and nowhere near where Jack the Not-so-Courageous Prince was), another prince was making his way to collide with Princess Patience.

Only this time, it wasn't a prince that was afraid of anything with an 'opposing threat.' This prince, actually, was a threat to others.

Prince Malice (a short navy haired bespecled lad with a scowl always on his face and very regal blue noble clothing and a tiara on his head) was a young man that didn't like anybody, really.

How to explain this...well.

To start off, he grew up without a mother's love and a father's strict discipline that 'everyone around him was his enemy.' What a good father...
Anyways, Malice actually believed his father's advice and his childhood was consistingly made of him trying to avoid his family, his kingdom, and the whole of society altogether.

He is now a loathing man that only listens to his inner voice and his instincts. Now that his father reluctantly gave the crown to his only son, Malice grew to hate his lifestyle of being a new heir to his father's crumbling kingdom. This led to him running away from said kingdom, and this is where we end up now with him.

Malice, as I have stated, really didn't like associating with people. He could only relate to the non-living things around him (He believed that they were unnoticed stars that needed much attention from the sinners that created them).

Somehow, this little philosophy of his would be the only thing making him hold on when he meets Princess Patience.

Story: Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter 2: Jack The Not-So Courageous

Somewhere, beyond the Kingdom of Solara, there was a prince travelling all on his lonesome with his steed.

That guy is named Jack The Not-So-Courageous Prince.

Why 'Not-So-Courageous?' Well.

The guy was just as scared as having to do dangerous chores, anything concerning the outside and his phobias could count as wallpaper for the walls of your town's City hall. In a way, he was a disgrace to any other hero (or villian for this manner) with any sense of bravery. He must've used his own bravery for a security blanket.

But why is he traveling then, you ask? If he's such a fraidy cat, then why is he attempting to adventure by himself out in the wild open?

First off: He lost his whole army of a thousand men in some battle we won't get into any details about. But that's not even the whole of that.

He chickened out before his front lines hit the battlefield. He ran off on his trustful steed (named Poosh) and is now currently out in the middle of nowhere, trying to find another place to run to. (because he would be embarrassed to come back home in such a state)

So...here we are. Jack, with his carrot colored hair and his not so noble looking attire (the guy isn't wearing anything purple, his crown was now a makeshift scar around his neck and he smelt like the back burner of a pirate ship), and Poosh, his tanned man-able steed dressed in a Salvation Army wardrobe trudged along the sandy road to nowhere.

Why are we focusing our attention to this loser with a man (as a steed, by the way) who ditched his army because of his phobias catching up drastically to him?

He's going to meet Patience and more trouble he couldn't imagine getting his Cowardly Lion behind into.

Thirty-Four - Patience's Little Mishap

Story Tale: Patience's Little Mishap

Chapter 1- The Start of a Mess:

There once was a beautiful princess who lived with her mother and father in a pleasant kingdom called Solara.

All was happy and fair in everyone that resided in the Solara Kingdom.

Everyone except the princess.

The princess (whom her name was Patience, had bright orange hair and always had a small frown on her face) always had this strange, urking feeling that constantly told her that there was something wrong in the kingdom. She didn't know who or what it was--but she knew there was something terribly wrong.

She tried asking about this dilemma to her parents, to the servants, to everyone she could persuade in the kingdom. For some odd reason, they were oblivious about such danger. Patience's parents, for example, reassured her that the Kingdom of Solara was the safest kingdom in all the land and that there was nothing wrong.

Patience was dissatisfied.

So, one day, she tried to get her parents attention towards her, by attempting to set fire to her breakfast. But, in a flash, the servants had extinguished the burst of flame on her pancakes and was warned that she shouldn't make danger towards herself.

Patience was dissatisfied once again.

She tried to get a heavy suit of armor to crash on top of her while she 'accidentally' tripped over her dress. The servants, being protective over their princess, shielded her just in time, so that only the helmet lightly touched the top of her tangerine colored hair. They urged her not to get herself into such a dangerous predicament again.

But Patience would not lift her waning dissatisfaction. It was time to make desperate measures about her slowly darkening premonitions.

She decided to try running away. "That might make them wonder what's wrong!" she thought to herself as she slipped quite easily from the iron gates, from her home, from the kingdom.

But of course, she didn't know such consequences when one runs away from the Kingdom of Solara. True, her parents were right about the kingdom being the most safest; everywhere else was crowded with trouble, deception and destruction

So really, she was in trouble just trying to run away from the safety of her home.

But the edging trouble that was in her mind urged Patience to run away, for something to calm her mind and soul. She didn't know it yet but she was getting into more trouble as it is.

Thirty-Three - Gad Jeez.

(Current Time: 10:00 Am, 2nd Blk)
(Current Sounds: SIX Feelings - Suwabe Junichi)

Musings:

Happy 1st of December! <3>_<

Hokay, first off, to get this off my chest, SIX Feelings (the song I'm listening to at the moment) is sung by Junichi Suwabe (Grimmjow Jeagerjaque's voice actor).

I recently searched him up (because he sounded so damn familiar) and I found out he is also the voice actor as Fuuma Monou in X/1999, Tseng in Final Fantasy VII and Cain Nightroad in Trinity Blood.

DAMMIT.

THAT DOES MAKE SENSE. HE'S INSANE.

Okay, so never mind that, I learn too much. Speaking of which, learning too much leads to new discoveries.

I found out that the recent Uryuu Ishida music I have found are part of a Uryuu Ishida beat collection.

The Quincy Boy has his own album. And so does most of the characters in Bleach

>_<;

TITE KUBO, WRY.

~~

The Bleach Beat Collection, as I have found out, are these mini cd's that represent whoever's being represented. The Japanese voice actor for a certain character is the one singing. I shit you not--THEY SING. Usually there's at least 4 tracks, the first three collections with three tracks and an instrumental. The first one, Ichigo Kurosaki's album (Masakazu Morita, actually) has these, for example:

-Tattoos On The Sky
-My Blade As My Pride
-Memories In The Rain
-My Blade As My Pride (Instrumental)

Sometimes, the character can be in a duet (Ichigo and Rukia sing 'Memories In The Rain', Gin and Rangiku sing 'Fuyu No Hanabi', and I've already shown that even Ichigo and Uryuu sing together >_<; 'Aesthetics and Identity') I have only heard a trio sing, but I know there must be more (Hitsugaya, Momo and Rangiku in 'This Light I See')

Recently, I have found these following Beat Collections:

D:

WELL THEY TRIED. My favorite tracks are the following:

Uryuu Ishida's album <3
Rosa Rubincundior, Lilio Candidior (Renji)

I have yet to find the others. I plan to buy the collections sometime (when I get out of the house) or something. It be nice as a X-Mas gift :D
